Regional Scrum Gathering℠ Tokyo 2021 is a 10th annual Regional Gathering held in Tokyo, organized by a non profit organization "Scrum Tokyo". Our purpose is to provide a "Ba" (place) where practitioners share ideas among Scrum practitioners having a great diversity.
Great keynote speakers will be on stage again this year. Also, we are open to new speakers. Many session proposals are received from both Japan and overseas, and superb sessions are selected from them.
One of the purpose many people participate RSGT is networking parties. Besides the official party on the first day, there seems to be spontaneous ones every day.
The pleasure of RSGT goes beyond listening to sessions and attending workshops. There must be various opportunities in the corridor of the venue, foyers, or even nearby cafes. Please find your own fun.

Great teams make a huge difference to your company’s success. Great ScrumMasters create such high-performing teams.
I will tell you some of the secrets you need to know to become a great ScrumMaster. Create a high-performing collaborative environment at your organization, which makes your organization more than competitive in the current complex globalized world.
This session is targeted to all leaders of Agile transformation, Agile Coaches, and ScrumMasters who understand the Agile basics but have the dream of achieving significantly better results with Agile/Scrum.
The session is based on my book The Great ScrumMaster, published by Addison-Wesley, Signature Series (Cohn) on Jan 2017. The Great ScrumMaster - #ScrumMasterWay.
Instead of a networking party as usual, we will provide "Ba" for networking sessions and unconferences. Please look forward to it!

How does your team or organization measure quality? People often equate testing to good quality. If you have good testing practices, does that mean you have a good quality product? Many teams measure process quality and don’t realize they forget about the product quality – which is what the customer cares about.
There are many things that go into a quality product, and testing is only one aspect. Janet explores the interaction between the development process (which includes testing) and different types of quality measures that organizations use. She shares ideas about how a “good enough” process can make your product more valuable to customers. Discover different approaches you might use to measure your product’s quality.
Please share your experience at your workplaces or any ideas related to Scrum. We accept talks, workshops, discussion panel ideas, but we also welcome your ideas. Please visit our ConfEngine site.
